What Goes Into the Space
Most builds combine several of these into a single coordinated design.
- Paver patios. The foundation of the room. Precision laid pavers over a properly prepped base, sized and shaped for how you will actually use the space.
- Outdoor kitchens. Built in grills, counters, and bars, placed so the cook stays part of the conversation.
- Fire features. Fire pits and fireplaces that stretch the season on both ends. Along the Wasatch Front, spring and fall evenings cool off fast, and a fire feature is what keeps the space in use.
- Pergolas and shade. Structure overhead turns an open patio into a room, cuts the summer sun, and frames the space.
- Landscape lighting. Low voltage lighting for paths, steps, and features, so the yard works after sunset instead of disappearing.
Designed and Built Under One Roof
Every project starts with a conversation about how you want to live outside. Do you cook for a crowd, or is it quiet evenings by the fire? From there we develop the concept, walk you through materials, and set a clear scope. You will know what is being built and when before the first shovel hits dirt. A patio focused project might take a week or two; a full build with walls, planting, turf, and hardscape can run several weeks, and we give you a real schedule up front.
Because everything underneath matters as much as what you see, we build for Utah conditions: proper base prep, correct drainage, and materials chosen to handle the freeze thaw cycles that crack shortcut work. We are fully licensed and insured in Utah, and documentation is available on request before any project kicks off.

Both. We are a design build company, so concept, layout, material selection, and installation all happen under one roof. You are never handed off between a designer and a separate contractor.

Do you take on smaller add on projects?
Our skills are best used on full outdoor living builds and complete overhauls. If you want a single small repair, we are probably not the right fit. If you are planning a space you will actually live in, we want to talk.
