Complete Landscape Installs, Start to Finish

New build yards and full property overhauls. One crew, one design, one finish date.

The Whole Yard

One Team From Dirt to Done

A complete landscape is really a stack of trades done in the right order: grading, irrigation, hardscape, planting, sod, lighting. Homeowners who piece that out to separate contractors end up playing project manager, refereeing schedules, and hoping the sprinkler crew did not bury lines where the patio is supposed to go. The usual result is a yard that took two seasons and still has seams.

We do it differently. Elite Landscapes UT is a family owned design build company based in Syracuse, and full installs are one of our core services. The same team designs the yard, sequences the work, and builds it, so the drip lines are planned around the beds, the grading is planned around the drainage, and the lighting was in the drawing from day one. One crew, one number to call, one finish date.

What Gets Built

The Four Layers of a Full Install

Grading and Site Prep

The yard gets shaped before it gets planted. Grading sets the drainage, and drainage decides whether everything built on top of it survives.

Irrigation

Full sprinkler systems for lawn areas and drip lines for beds, zoned so each part of the yard gets the water it needs and nothing more.

Planting and Sod

Trees, shrubs, perennials, and lawn, chosen for the Utah climate and placed with their mature size in mind so the yard grows into the design instead of out of it.

Lighting and Finish Work

Low voltage landscape lighting, edging, and the final details that make a new yard read as finished the day we leave.

When the Yard Wants More

Plenty of full installs grow into something more ambitious, and that is where our specialties come in. A patio and fire feature turn a lawn into an outdoor living space. A sloped lot may need retaining walls before anything else can happen. And for a water wise yard, a xeriscape design can replace thirsty lawn with native planting and drip irrigation. Because it is all one company, those pieces get designed together instead of bolted on.

We are licensed and insured in Utah and serve Syracuse and the surrounding Wasatch Front, including Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake counties. Full builds with walls, planting, turf, and hardscape can run several weeks, and we give you a real schedule before we start.

Common Questions

Full Landscaping, Answered

What does a complete landscape install include?

Grading and site prep, sprinkler and drip irrigation, planting, sod, landscape lighting, and every detail in between. The exact scope is designed around your property, whether it is a bare new build lot or a full overhaul of an existing yard.

My new build came with a dirt lot. Where do I start?

Start with a design, not a lawn. A bare lot is the one chance to get grading, drainage, and irrigation right before anything is planted on top of them. We design the whole yard first, then build it in the right order, so nothing has to be torn up later.

How long does a full landscape install take?

Scope drives the schedule. A full build with walls, planting, turf, and hardscape can run several weeks. Before we start you get a real schedule, not a guess, and you will know the order the work will happen in.

Do you handle the design too, or do I need a separate designer?

We handle it. Elite Landscapes UT is a design build company, so concept, layout, material selection, and installation happen under one roof. Nothing gets lost in translation between a designer and an installer.

Do you do lawn maintenance or small fixes?

No. Our skills are best used on complete installs and full property overhauls. If your project is a new yard, a total redo, or a major outdoor living build, we are the right call.
